This Policy stipulates various conditions related to the use (including viewing and posting) of the official Erhoeht-X (Erhoeht Cross) account page (hereinafter referred to as the “Page”) operated by TOPPAN Digital Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TOPPAN”) on social media (hereinafter referred to as “SNS,” a term that more specifically refers to note in this Policy). Users of the Page are assumed to have consented to the following stipulated conditions in addition to the various policies stipulated by each SNS.

1. 1. TOPPAN is not obligated to publish or save posted content to the Page for users. In addition, TOPPAN reserves the right to delete, edit, or otherwise process posted content as TOPPAN deems fit without notifying users.
2. 2. Copyrights related to posted content and other such rights are the property of the relevant users. However, TOPPAN reserves the right to, either directly or through a third party, freely reproduce, process, edit, distribute, create derivative works thereof, or otherwise use any posted content without requiring individual approval from users, without having to provide compensation in relation thereto, with no restrictions on the amount of time for such use, and with no conditions attached to said use. In addition, TOPPAN reserves the right to otherwise use posted content for purposes such as the improvement or development of products based on said posted content or the application thereof to its products. Users shall not, under any circumstances, exercise a copyright, moral rights, or any other rights to their posted content in response to TOPPAN or a third party.
3. 3. TOPPAN shall not post replies to individual posts made by users.
4. 4. When making a post related to TOPPAN, users are requested to clearly state their relationship with TOPPAN.

Users must not post any content containing the following stipulated items to the Page. If TOPPAN suffers any damages due to a remark by a user, TOPPAN may file a claim for damages.

• Content that includes misinformation or other factual inaccuracies
• Clearly mischievous or linguistically meaningless content (empty posts, meaningless character strings, repeated duplicate posts, etc.)
• Content that includes personal information (names, email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.)
  (This excludes content that is automatically displayed due to functions of the Page.)
• Content related to specific stores (including online shops) or selling prices
• Content that infringes on or risks infringing on the intellectual property rights, property rights, trade secrets, privacy, or other rights or interests of TOPPAN or a third party
• Content that slanders or damages the honor or credibility of TOPPAN or a third party, or risks doing so
• Content related to commercial, political, or religious activities
• Harmful programs such as computer viruses, or other content that could disrupt or cause malfunctions in the systems of TOPPAN or an SNS operating company
• Content that violates public order and morals, or risks doing so
• Content that constitutes a criminal act or violates any laws or regulations, or risks doing so
• Any other content that interferes with the operation of TOPPAN's systems or services, or that TOPPAN deems to be inappropriate

1. 1. Information published on the Page is protected by the copyright laws, various treaties, and other laws of the relevant countries. The personal use of this information, as well as its use outside the scope clearly recognized by the law or the scope of SNS functions (including reproducing, altering, uploading, posting, sending, distributing, licensing, selling, or publishing the information), without obtaining TOPPAN's express written permission in advance, is prohibited.
2. 2. Erhoeht-X is a registered trademark of TOPPAN Holdings Inc. Other product, service, and company names are the trade names, trademarks, or registered trademarks of their respective companies.

TOPPAN shall assume no responsibility for any of the following stipulated items. However, this does not apply for any damages suffered by users due to intentional acts or acts of gross negligence committed by TOPPAN.

• Information on the Page, including content posted to the Page
• Any damages suffered by users resulting from the use or inability to use the Page
• Disputes between users or between users and third parties arising due to the use of the Page
• The suspension, delay, or termination of posting to the Page due to problems or maintenance work related to the computer, connection, etc., or other unavoidable circumstances
• The loss of information provided through posts by users to the Page
• The termination of or changes to the Page or Page posting functions without prior notice
• Any damages suffered by users related to information associated with non-official accounts that have the same name
• Any damages suffered by users related to remarks by imposters via the official account

Interpretations and applications of Page posts and this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Moreover, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive competent court of first trial for all disputes arising in connection with Page posts.

TOPPAN may change this Policy without prior notice. In such cases, the latest version of the Policy shall apply to the use of each service.
